Haulin' it Up!

I love stationaries. And you know how awesome stationaries are here in Asia. So while I was in Singapore, I headed out to Kikki.K and Typo and went a tiny bit crazy when I saw what they had in store. I wanted to buy everything that they had there, but I refrained myself. He he he. I would if I could though! Oh, and the Secret Garden book? I bought that from Kinokuniya. No regrets, because it's amazing!!

Secret Garden Coloring Book
The unicorn notebook isn't actually mine. So is the pineapple sticky paper. Long story short, the notebook that I bought is now with my sister in the US (a dang cute one too), and hers is stuck here. Not gonna write anything on it cause I don't like unicorns, but for the pineapple sticky paper, I might actually use them. Super cute one! I hope my sister won't be mad at me about this!

As for the lemon and watermelon shaped decor, I don't actually know what they're for. But I bought it at Kikki.K, sadly it ain't available anymore! Bought it when it was on sale too! As for the Secret Garden book? I just had to buy it. I've heard so much about it, and while I was confused whether to buy the Garden or Ocean one, I decided to buy the first ever book that Johanna released. Just a warning though; your arms are gonna like ache like hell the next morning. I spent hours coloring with my cousin, and we're not even done with the first page yet. Quite tricky, cause the gaps between the patterns and the background is teeny tiny weeny.

Still haven't write my name on it. Scared that I'll ruin it cause I have the worst handwriting.

I thought I'd show you the progress I've done on the coloring book. I've had it for over a month now and I'm still on the first page! I think I'm gonna start coloring it again when my cousin comes over this weekend. It's not fun when you're doing it all alone! Plus, with another pair of hands, it'll help me fill out the book a tad bit faster, he he he. *evil laugh*

This 'adult' coloring book is said to be a stress reliever. For me though, I find my eyes bulging out of its sockets and feeling tired and drained afterwards. I'm not saying this in a negative way, I'm saying that instead of relieving all the stress out of me, seeing the result of what you did with your own eyes feels pretty dang great. You may think coloring is easy, but you're wrong. This one takes time. A lot of concentration has to be applied when coloring this book.

Gonna ask you a question now. Which one's better? The second picture is what I colored, and the third one is my cousin's! Please tell me. (pick me, ey?) ;)

Out of all the stationaries that I bought while I was in Singapore, these are my favorite ones. Just look at them! They're the cutest thing, ever. As I said before, I don't really know what I'm gonna do with the watermelon and lemon ceramic. Should I just set it as a decor in my room, or should I put something on it? What do you guys think?

Much love, Ashley xx
