All the Sweets

This past week, I've eaten so much that I gained a few kilos (no joke). Although the week has been quite saddening, due to a relative's passing, spending time with my family for quite a long time has left my belly protruding.

I ate a lot of sweet, okay?! I ate two big donuts this afternoon and got told off by my dad because the dang thing was full of mounted sugar. So I thought I'd give you a rundown of the sweet things that I enjoyed this week, just because. Plus, it's almost Christmas, so yeah...

Iced Sweet Tea (17k)

Classic Smoky Pan (59k)

First one on the list is the ice cream I ate in North Pole. I posted about this dessert place quite a while ago, so be sure to check it out here if you haven't!

By now you're probably wondering why I'm posting about North Pole again. Well, I ordered something different and ate it in a different outlet that was much more closer to my house than the previous location.

So the Classic Smoky Pan is actually meant for two people, but I ate it with two of my cousins and it fit perfectly for us. In my opinion, the smoky pan is a bit too much for two people, because well I personally can't eat three scoops of ice cream all at once! But for my cousins and I, it worked out well. Plus, they both ate another ice cream which I thought was crazy, because I was so full when I finished eating the pan!

The flavor of the ice creams in the pans were Mango, Bubblegum, Milo, Strawberry, Taro and Vanilla. My absolutely favorite was probably the Taro and Bubblegum flavored one. Yes, I did eat the Bubblegum ice cream the last time I went to North Pole, but it still tasted great! As for the Taro? I friggin' loved it. I've been crazy over Taro for a while now, and a Taro ice cream is the best thing that has happened this year!

Milo x Fruity Pebbles Cone (40k)

This is what one of my cousin ordered. She was obsessed with the Milo ice cream, so decided to get in a Fruity Pebble Cone. I personally didn't like that flavor of ice cream, mainly because I'm not into the milky taste of it. Not a big fan of milk, so I knew I wouldn't like it as much as the others!

Minion Cupcake (35k)
As for these sweets, I didn't buy them on my own. I got them from a relative of my mom's. Aside from the Minion cupcake, I love how festive the other two things were! The CD shaped thing? That's CHOCOLATE. If that isn't the cutest thing you've ever seen, I don't know what is.

They're all quite sweet for me, mainly because I don't really like sweet things, but I think you should give it a try if you ever eat there! The name of the restaurant is called JJ Royal Bistro, btw.

Which one was your favorite? Honestly though, I'm so dang excited for Christmas! In 15 days time, people! Woop woop!

Much love, Ashley xx

  4. I'm so sorry about your relative's passing, and it seems quite odd for me to jump straight to yelling about these sweet treats, but gosh, they look amazing! I'm not one to stuff myself with ice cream all at once but I'd gladly make an exception for these ones!
