Gardens by the Bay // Part II
Spectacular, ey? |
The Cloud Mountain |
The three pictures above is located at the top floor. I rode the elevator because I was with my grandparents, so we didn't waste time either. This whole section is called the Lost World. The flowers there were beautiful! Again, doesn't the name depict the Dome so well?
After a couple of minutes at the Lost World, we descended down slowly. Slowly, because we were on this stair/bridge that scared the crap out of me. It is made of steel and looks safe, and I managed to actually go to the left side of the bridge where you can see what's underneath you and took pictures of the whole Dome from up above. Pretty chuffed about that, if I do so say myself.
I was so proud that I made it to the top and stood next to the waterfall. Feeling the breeze of the water in your skin was so good. Refreshing and rejuvenating after walking around for so long! After that we were done with our visit. But before we left, I took a great picture of the Singapore Flyer.
*sigh* I wish I could fly over there now and sit down there. And just relax. Because even though it's a new year and we're only two weeks into the first month of the year, so much stress has engulfed itself inside me and it sucks. It plain sucks. Hope the month gets better.
Much love, Ashley xx
