Back to the Future
One night when we were in Singapore, my sister told me about this cool looking exhibition (that was free!) that was held around Marina Bay. Since we didn't have plans for the next day, we both went there and let me just tell you this. I was amazed at how awesome the whole exhibition. The way they depicted the future was pretty dang cool.
If you're interested, this exhibition is running until the 8th of March!
I'm not gonna give anything away, but the storyline of the whole exhibition is how life was in 1965 and how they predict 2030 is going to be like. Pretty interesting, but some of the stuff they showed I didn't agree to.
The whole exhibition is split into three domes, so it's not gonna take much of your time! Instead of me babbling on about this over and over again, I'll just share the pictures I took with you guys! Gonna do a few photo diary for the next few blogposts. Less words, more pictures!
So cool! |
Exiting the exhibition, you'll get a glimpse of the oh so famous Marina Bay Sands. |
That odd shaped thing flying in the air is a moon shaped bubble. They come out every few minutes from this huge machine. (A lion roars when the bubble comes out).
Around thirty to forty minutes after staying inside the exhibition, we headed outside and took a walk passing by one part of Gardens by the Bay and we had to pass by the hotel to exit.
My cheeks were red and I was exhausted by the time we arrived at the Shoppes at the Bay. We had to walk across the hotel to get to the mall and it wasn't a long distance, but the scorching hot sun made the whole walk 10000% more exhausting.
My sister and I cooled down at the Beanstro. We ordered some iced teas, french fries and onion rings. The food and drink was great, the service sadly wasn't.
Much love, Ashley xx
