The Year of...Curious George?
We're 3 days away from Chinese New Year! Super duper excited for it! With the Year of the Monkey looming around the corner, malls in Jakarta went all out with their decorations. I don't usually like Chinese decors, but this year, I changed. I love the lanterns, the umbrella, everything! My local mall also has a Barongsai show up that'll end on the 14th of February. So excited to see a show of lions dancing! The gongs do bother me though..
Totally random, but Niall Horan is literally two hours away from me by plane. Been thinking about that a lot and dreamt of him meeting him last night, and then in the last minute, Niall turned into Lee Min Ho!? What is that supposed to mean, seriously?!
Instead of my usual rambly post, this'll be a photo diary, where there are more pictures instead of words. Hope you enjoy this, and have a great CNY! For those of you who don't celebrate, have a great day on Monday :)
P.s, if you don't understand the meaning of my title... well Curious George is a monkey and this year is the Year of Monkey!
As it is the Year of the Monkey, let's appreciate these two lil thangs hanging out together by the department store. Cutest thing ever!
In the past, flowers don't appeal to me at all, but after visiting Gardens by the Bay (post here and here) last December, I can't help but appreciate these flowers that was scattered around the mall. I think they're fake, but look at it! So friggin' beautiful.
